"First we got to know to Amir when we had an emergency faucet failure on a Friday night. He gave us some instructions to manage the situation, then showed on Saturday early in the morning to shut off the water and identify the issue. Shortly after, he came and fixed it. Next, we asked him check all the plumbing issues in the new condos. He patiently identify the issues, remove the clogs in the bath tub, sinks, replaced the faucets.
