Burnham Boiler – Zone Valve Replacement & Annual Service

Project Details

Performed service and troubleshooting on an older Burnham hydronic heating boiler system. Replaced a faulty zone valve actuator and verified proper operation of all heating zones. Inspected zone controls, tested thermostat calls, checked circulator operation, and confirmed correct valve sequencing.

Completed a boiler maintenance service including burner inspection and cleaning, safety control checks, expansion tank inspection, system pressure verification, venting assessment, and overall operational testing. System was tested through multiple heating cycles and restored to reliable operation.
