With a mix of established family neighborhoods near downtown PoCo, newer developments around Citadel Heights, and rural properties toward the Pitt River, the city presents diverse plumbing needs that Lord Mechanical is uniquely equipped to handle. Many PoCo homes were built during the suburban boom of the 1970s and 1980s, which means aging hot water tanks, original copper piping, and drain systems approaching the end of their useful life. Our Red Seal certified plumbers specialize in upgrading these systems efficiently, whether it's swapping out a 20-year-old tank water heater for a modern high-efficiency unit or replacing deteriorating drain tiles before they cause basement flooding. Located along the Lougheed Highway corridor, Port Coquitlam is an easy drive from our North Vancouver headquarters. We serve the entire city including the downtown core along Shaughnessy Street, the residential areas of Oxford Heights and Citadel Heights, and the community along the [Coquitlam](https://lordmechanical.ca/areas/coquitlam/index.html) border.
